APPLICATIONS
RIG-CLEAN 60 is effectively to remove oily soil. Brushing, spraying and soaking are the common methods of application. For normal cleaning, spray and soak are recommended before rinsing. For heavy depositing, brushing is recommended with RIG-CLEAN 60. Except for polymerising natural oils, the cleaning solution can be heated to 60-80°C for cleaning. For economic cleaning, direct injection followed by re-circulation and washing using tank cleaning machines. The optimal dosage for hand spray is 50-100% solution, for re-circulation is 3-5% and for direct-inject is 2-4% concentration depending on the soil.
